With over 25 years of experience across Healthcare, Senior Living, Home Care, and Software, Rachel knew there was a better way to deliver in-home care for older adults — one built on genuine relationships, not checklists. She founded Grace Private Care to bring that standard to families throughout Norfolk County and MetroWest Massachusetts.

My father has Parkinson's disease. And like so many families navigating a loved one's changing needs, we learned quickly that finding truly exceptional in-home care is harder than it should be.
What we needed wasn't just someone to check tasks off a list. We needed someone who would help my father prepare for his day with patience and care. Someone who would sit and read to him in the afternoon — not out of obligation, but out of genuine connection. Someone who understood that he is a whole person with a whole life, and that his dignity was not negotiable.
